RMIT Business Management Module Review: BUSM3199 Ethics and Governance

Ethics & Governance focuses on key theoretical and practical approaches to business ethics, CSR and corporate governance relevant to contemporary business environment. This course will develop your understanding of ethics at an individual and organizational level, and highlights the importance of good governance in a range of organisational settings.

E&G provides educational experiences that enables students to build on their own life experiences where possible, stimulate their curiosity, and enable them to use theory to interpret and make sense of the world around them. Where life experience is limited additional stimulation occurs by drawing on current events and the abundant litany of misdemeanours within global corporations.

Each week of study comprises a lecture, in-class case study analysis, review questions, and independent study (key readings).  Students are expected to attend all classes, and be active participants in their own learning.
