Creativity Innovation and Design aspires to develop abilities within the student to adapt and apply the creative process into any organizational [and personal] environment, while at the same time enabling the individual, either by themselves or in a team environment, to turn critical thought and analysis into demonstrable, practicable and enjoyable outcomes.
The course is generally delivered as a ‘flipped class’. This means that students will have access to online course materials (i.e., lecture, ppt slides, reading materials) which they must view and read before attending the weekly two-hour workshops. Workshop time will be used to put the theoretical knowledge gained from the online material into practice and for building skills.
