Took intro stats under Ms. Ching and she’s is really one of the best profs in SMU, really lucky to have met her in my first sem. Although we had her lessons online, we were really engaged by her lessons. She’s also really good at teaching and her lessons are geared more towards application which is a lot better than some of my friend’s profs who included calculus in their stats mod. Since Stat-X is an SMU-X mod, it comes with more workload but the good thing is… as long as you’re willing to put in the work, its almost guaranteed that you will score well… Plus, she’s REALLY lenient in her marking for midterms and finals. Be consistent and do all your homework and you’ll definitely enjoy stats
